BLACKPAW is a brand and platform operated under SMASHCAM FILMS LLC and does not constitute a separate legal entity.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect, process, or maintain in connection with the Platform, including information collected directly from users, automatically through use of the Platform, from third-party service providers and verification services, and through communications and transactions related to the Platform.

This Privacy Policy applies to both online and offline interactions with SMASHCAM, including website usage, account registration, communications, and customer support.

DATA RETENTION

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not sell or share personal information of individuals under the age of 16. We do not share veteran data for profit or other monetary transactions.

DATA DELETION REQUEST

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your personal data.

To submit a deletion request, email us at info@militaryactors.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

We will permanently delete 100% of your personal data, including non-VA data, within 45 days of receiving your verified request. We will send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Note: Some data may be retained where required by law, such as transaction records required for tax compliance, for the legally required retention period only.

If your account is dormant (no login activity), we retain your data for a maximum of 3 years before deletion or anonymization.

In the event of a transfer of ownership or sale of the business, you will be notified and will have the option to: request secure deletion or download of your data; close your account; or continue under the new owner's policies if consistent with these commitments.
